To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
Maintain and promptly update your account information
Keep your password secure and confidential
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
Users who post property listings agree to:
Provide accurate and truthful information
Have legal authority to list the property
Upload only authentic photographs
Not post duplicate or misleading listings
Update listings when sold or rented
Comply with all real estate laws
Important: KASDEALS does not verify the accuracy of listings and is not responsible for any misrepresentation. Users are advised to conduct their own due diligence before any property transaction.
You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant KASDEALS a non-exclusive, royalty-free license. You agree not to submit content that:
Is false, misleading, or fraudulent
Infringes on intellectual property rights
Contains malware, spam, or harmful code
Violates any applicable laws
Is defamatory, obscene, or offensive
Promotes illegal activities
All content, trademarks, logos, and materials on KASDEALS are the property of KASDEALS Solutions Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent. The KASDEALS name, logo, and all related marks are registered trademarks.
For premium services, agents, or companies using paid features:
All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST
Payments processed through secure third-party payment gateways
Subscription fees are billed in advance for the subscription period
Subject to our Refund Policy
We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice
You agree not to:
Use the platform for unlawful purposes
Attempt unauthorized system access
Interfere with or disrupt services
Scrape or harvest data without permission
Impersonate another person or entity
Post false reviews or feedback
Circumvent security measures
Use unauthorized automated tools
KASDEALS provides its services "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not guarantee the accuracy of property listings, user information, or any content on the platform. Users should independently verify all information before making any decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KASDEALS Solutions Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
Maximum Liability: The amount paid by you to KASDEALS in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
We encourage users to first contact us for amicable resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved, either party may seek arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with proceedings to be held in Hyderabad, India.
